10am        Healthy Active Fit Resource Fair

12pm     Reopening of the African Market Place with exotic vendors, fashion, resources, food, educational workshops, extemporaneous speech competition and the kick off of our Health, Art and Book fair.

1pm         Youth Play “Black to Power” written and directed by Dajahn and Djarese Blevins ($5)

3pm         Black Movement Step & Dance Showcase. Coordinated by Shanna Cofield ($12)

5pm         Taste of Soul” Best Cook competition Coordinated by Deshonda Roberts ($7)
6pm     Common Ground theatre presents For “Black Boys who considered homicide when the streets were not enough” Directed by Terrence Bowens ($20)
9pm     “Late Nite Live @ The Lyceum” San Diego’s tribute to the Apollo Theatre featuring the hottest performers and talent in town. Coordinated by The Street General ($20)

Sunday    Celebration of Faith

1pm         African Market Place reopens

1:30pm        Interactive open panel discussion “State of Black Cultural arts in San Diego” (Free)

3pm        BLACK F.A.T (Fashion Art Talent Showcase) Coordinated by Peache ($15)

5pm        “Taste of Soul” Competition Winner only Highlight ($10)

6pm    Gospel Finale celebration hand clapping foot stomping increasing our strength through the Joy of song, dance and music. Coordinated by Ramah H. and Mandate Records ($10)

9pm    Kuumba Kidz Talent Spotlight Talented urban youth express their desires and dreams through drama and support of the AAAC ($5)
